This is my one-on-one coaching service for writers who are looking to begin a meditation practice.

Through calls, emails, worksheets, and guided meditations over the course of one month, we'll get you to a place where you have a daily practice that supports your writing through inducing more flow and boosting your focus while learning how to work with that pesky inner critic. We'll also talk about how meditation and mindfulness practices can support you during the uncertainties and struggles of writing and publishing. 

You'll be learning mindfulness meditation (where you focus on your breath) as well as lovingkindness meditation. These are easily done on your own and will set the foundation for a lifelong practice without the need of guided recordings. (I know you might think you can't do it, but I promise, you can!). 

The package includes:

  • 2 calls (about 45 minutes during Week 2 and Week 4)

  • Guided meditations sent to you that are curated for your needs

  • A posture tutorial (Video and PDF)

  • A mindfulness and meditation workbook (PDF)

  • Unlimited email back-and-forths

  • Daily check-ins via text to keep you on track

  • Loads of resources

In the calls and emails, we'll be discussing how the practice is going for you, workshop any struggles you're having, and get into what our focus will be for the coming week. We'll also do a short live meditation to begin the session, and discuss posture etc via Skype (so I can see you!).
